The Assembler is a building used to automate two-ingredient items. Alternate recipes can be unlocked by researching  Hard Drives and completing necessary Milestones.

Trivia

Its Indicator Light and the input side's base framing is not within the collision box. The Indicator Lights is, therefore, able to stick through a Foundation or Conveyor Belt built right above it.
