Caterina Parks is the CEO of FICSIT Inc. and Steve's boss. She is middle-aged and has been described as "powerful" and "intimidating"[1].
Caterium is named after her.[2]
Speculation[]
- The female voice in the game file 0926.wav saying "Huh, must have been a dream." possibly belongs to her. The sound is currently unused in the game and could be part of Satisfactory's future story. It should be noted that a male voice (possibly Steve's) said the exact same thing in the file 0379.wav
