Constructor
Constructor
Crafts one part into another part.
Can be automated by feeding parts into it with a conveyor belt connected to the input. The produced parts can be automatically extracted by connecting a conveyor belt to the output.

There to help you automate the creation of single parts out of other single parts. A step up from manual labor if I’ve ever seen one!

A constructor is a building used to automate single-ingredient items. Alternate crafting recipes can be unlocked by researching Hard Drive Hard Drives and completing necessary Milestones.[1]

Crafting

The table below shows the crafting speed of a constructor at 100% Clock speed. Crafting steps is the relative time needed if the Engineer choose to Handcraft it.

Overclocking

This building can be overclocked up to 250% speed,[2] at the cost of greatly increased power consumption.[3]

Trivia

  • The small spot above the constructor's Indicator Light is a valid location for a conveyor pole to be built on. You have to built the conveyor belt from some distance away from the constructor, then aim the ending pole above the indicator light for the belt to be built on it.
