Hello again, FICSIT Pioneers!

This is a small patch to address some issues with the current grind of getting the first Space Elevator upgrade done. We have made Biomass energy more effective and reduced the Space Elevator upgrade requirements.

Now that most have tried out Rocky Desert as well, we are also unlocking the Grass Fields starting area again! Let us know that you think of the two in comparison via the feedback channel :D
